  2. Website Usage
    a. Content: All information, images, and data provided on the Website are for general informational purposes only. While we strive to keep our content accurate and up-to-date, we do not guarantee its accuracy or completeness.

  3. Bookings and Appointments
    a. Booking Process: All bookings and service appointments must be made via our Website or directly through our contact channels. A valid booking requires accurate personal and pet information.
    b. Non-Refundable Policy: All booking payments are non-refundable. This policy is in place because, once a booking is confirmed and a slot reserved, we allocate resources and staff. No-shows or cancellations by clients will not entitle the client to a refund. This policy applies regardless of the reason for non-attendance, including illness or unforeseen circumstances.
    c. Cancellation and Changes: Requests for date or time changes must be made at least 48 hours in advance and are subject to availability. Changes are not guaranteed and may incur additional charges.
    d. No Attended Appointments (“DNA”): Failure to attend a booked appointment without prior notice will result in a forfeiture of the payment made at booking.

  4. Payments
    a. Payment Methods: Payments can be made online via our booking platform or in-person at the clinic by cash or card, as applicable.
    b. Currency: All transactions are conducted in GBP (£).
    c. Full Payment: Full payment for services must be received at the time of booking or prior to service delivery.
    d. Non-Refundable: As detailed above, all payments are non-refundable once processed. No refunds are provided for cancellations or no-shows.

  5. Legal and Data Protection
    a. Personal Data: We comply with the Data Protection Act 2018 and GDPR requirements. Personal data will be used solely for service provision, communication, and legal compliance.
