Booking Policy for APES Pet Care Clinic

This Booking Policy outlines the terms and conditions related to making and managing appointments at APES Pet Care Clinic (“we”, “us”, “our”). By booking an appointment, you agree to adhere to this policy.

  1. Booking Process
    All appointments must be booked through our website www.apespetcare.org.uk or directly via our contact channels. Accurate and complete information about you and your pet is required at the time of booking.

  2. Payment and Non-Refundable Policy
    a. Payment: Full payment for services is due at the time of booking, either online or in person.
    b. Non-Refundable: All booking payments are strictly non-refundable. Once a booking is confirmed and payment has been processed, no refunds will be issued, regardless of circumstances. This policy is in place because we allocate resources and schedule staff based on your confirmed appointment.
    c. No-Show Policy: Failure to attend the scheduled appointment without prior notice (a “DNA” - Did Not Attend) will result in the loss of the payment made at booking, and no rescheduling or refund will be provided.

  3. Changes and Cancellations
    a. Changes: Requests to reschedule your appointment must be made at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled time and are subject to availability. We cannot guarantee changes will be accommodated.
    b. Cancellations: As payments are non-refundable, cancelling an appointment will not entitle you to a refund. However, if you wish to cancel, please inform us at least 48 hours in advance to avoid any penalties or charges for late cancellations.
    c. Late Arrivals & No-Shows: Arriving late may result in a shortened appointment or rescheduling, subject to availability. Failure to attend without prior notice (DNA) will lead to the forfeiture of your payment.

  4. Our Right to Cancel or Reschedule
    We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule any appointment due to unforeseen circumstances or operational needs. In such cases, we will endeavour to notify you as soon as possible and offer alternative slots.

  6. Acceptance of Policy
    Booking an appointment constitutes acceptance of this Booking Policy and the associated Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not make a booking.
